Governor General Grand Chief Sir Bob Dadae today conferred upon the Prime Minister of the Republic of India H.E. Shri Narendra Modi, The Orders of Papua New Guinea (Logohu) award at a brief but significant investiture ceremony at Government House this afternoon. Prime Minister Modi was conferred the honorary award and Insignia of Grand Companion of the Order of Logohu, GCL, with the title of ‘Chief’.

This is in recognition of the Indian Prime Minister’s “championing the unity of the Pacific Island States through FIPIC and spearheading the campaign on Climate Change.”
