medium of interaction, a Standard and Guidelines for use of social media by
government agencies in Papua New Guinea has been formulated.
The Government Websites and e-Services Framework set out in these Standards and Guidelines was
developed to define a set of both standards and best practice guidelines for the overall design of
government websites and e-Services in order to ensure that government websites are easy for the public
to access and provide a more consistent experience when navigating across different government
