About the review

Help shape a trusted, inclusive and secure digital economy

The Government of Papua New Guinea is reviewing the legislative and regulatory framework for the ICT sector. Government agencies, industry, civil society, professional bodies, academic institutions and members of the public are invited to review the consultation material and provide written comments.

Submissions should identify the provision, issue or policy area being addressed and, where possible, explain the reasons for the proposed position and any recommended alternative wording or implementation approach.
